Vicki Roberts-Sanfelipo, RN/EMT - ASMI Director/Lead Instructor/Instructor Trainer/ASMI Board Chairperson Vicki is the Author of "A Crash Course for the Motorcyclist" She established the non-profit organization Accident Scene Management, Inc. in 1996 in order to reduce injuries and fatalities to motorcyclists through First Response training. She acts as Director of ASMI yet today. Vicki has worked for over 25 years in a variety of settings throughout the hospital from Critical Care to the Operating Room. She is currently working at Waukesha Memorial Hospital for the Department of Surgery and is a licensed EMT. Vicki teaches CPR, Defibrillators, and First Aid for the American Heart Association. She has been riding her own motorcycle for over 20 years and has completed the MSF's Experienced Rider Course. She is a life member of A.B.A.T.E. of Wisc., Charter Member Central Wisc. H.O.G. & member of Kettle Moraine H.O.G., Motorcycle Riders Foundation, BOLT, Patriot Guard, St. Croix Valley Riders, The Iron Butt Association & the American Motorcyclist Association.

Martens, MD - Sheboygan Co. Emergency Medical Director/ Chair of
Wisconsin's Physicians Advisory Council
Dr. Martens is Board certified in Emergency medicine and
practices at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI. as well as
Infinity Healthcare in Mequon, WI. She serves as vice-chair of the
SE Wisconsin Trauma Advisory Council. She received her Pre-Med education
at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, completed her residency,
internship and Emergency Medicine residency at the Medical College
of Wisconsin and served her Emergency Medical Services Fellowship
at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. She has received honors
in the Alpha, Omega, Alpha Medical Society.
Her many memberships include the American College of Emergency Physicians, American Medical Association (AMA), National Association of EMS Physicians, and Society for Academic Emergency Medicine. In addition to her participation in the Regional Trauma Advisory Council, Dr. Martens is a member of the State EMS Physician Advisory Committee and Sheboygan EMS committee.
Dr. Martens' interest in ASMI was peaked when she invited Director, Vicki Sanfelipo, and her husband, Tony “Pan” Sanfelipo to present the professional series class “Anatomy of a Motorcycle Crash” to the Sheboygan County EMS as part of their continuing education. Serving the community in a way that reduces injuries and fatalities is Dr. Marten’s goal in life. To read more about her Associations and presentations, click here.

Moreland - Vice President of Government Relations
American Motorcyclist Association.
The AMA is the world’s largest motorcycle membership organization with nearly 300,000 individual dues paying members. AMA represents riders before lawmaking bodies at the local, state, national and international levels. Ed currently represents the AMA before the US Congress, the Administration and the United Nations. Ed has served on the Commission for Mobility, Transport, Road Safety and Public Policy of the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) since 2002. Additionally, Ed was recently named to the Federal Highway Administration’s newly formed Motorcycle Advisory Committee. Prior to joining AMA, Ed worked on the professional staffs of two members of the US Congress. Ed earned a BA in political science from the University of Minnesota. Ed has been an avid motorcycle rider for over 20 years. Ed has been with the association for nine years.

Robert
(Bob) Ritter originally from Baltimore, Maryland has 50 years experience
riding a motorcycle. Bob spent 10 years in the Baltimore City Fire
Department and Ambulance Service. While still in the Fire Department,
Bob started a 14 year relationship with ABATE of Maryland and AMA
District 7 as their Legislative Representative and formed a joint
lobbying coalition of motorcycle organizations. In 1983, Bob started
teaching courses for the Maryland Motorcycle Safety Program as an
MSF Instructor. In 1985, he became the Training Specialist for the
Maryland Motorcycle Safety Program and in 1986 Bob received his
MSF Chief Instructor Certification at Illinois State University
in Normal, Illinois. Then in 1992 Bob moved up to the position of
Administrator for the Maryland Motorcycle Safety Program. In 1996,
after 13 years with the Maryland Program, Bob became the Director
of the Northern Illinois University Motorcycle Safety Project where
he presently works. Bob has offer ASMI classes to his instructors
and range aids for three years. He is a member of the State Motorcycle
Safety Administration (SMSA). In addition, Bob has 7 years experience
as an American Red Cross volunteer instructor teaching AED, CPR
and Advanced First Aid.

Hawver, MBA
Chris
began his career in the information processing industry.
His global executive business experience includes companies in start-up,
turnaround and Fortune 200.
Chris has written numerous articles published in industry magazines. Topics include: Investing in an Information System Partner, Making the Data Collection Connection, How to Gather Quality Information, Report Cards versus Scorecards, The 3 Roles of Automation. Linking the Quality with Workflow Processes. Using Key Result Indicators. Chris has served on numerous magazine Editorial Advisory Boards, and contributed to a McGraw-Hill book on Lead Generation Strategies.
Chris served on the Board of Directors of nine industry associations and is an Executive Member of the American Marketing Association. Chris serves on the Boards of three (3) companies: Two SaaS software companies, one focused on the Event Management Space, the other on agile development process management; another company focused on food and beverage industry.
Chris graduated cum laude with a double major from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, earned a Masters in Business Administration from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon (Top 15 Marketing” by the Princeton Review). He completed the Babson Executive Management Program, Boston, Massachusetts and the Georgetown University Executive Marketing Program, Washington D.C.
Chris is a Certified DiSC Instructor, ASMI Instructor, and is a Safety Officer for one HOG chapter and a Road Captain for 2 HOG Chapters.
